My Story

Hi, my name is Audrey Vandenbroeck

I am a seasoned Global Customer Success and Support leader with over 17 years of experience, including a decade in leadership roles. A four time founding Customer Success Professional, I’ve helped scale B2B and B2C tech startups from Pre-Series A to Series D, guiding small to midsize organizations toward growth and success. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of leading two companies to successful acquisitions.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and two children. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, a softball and basketball coach, and I train in Tae Kwon Do and The Art of Kali.
